Our Bridal Booking Experience
BOOKING GUIDELINES & POLICIES
MOBILE SERVICES:
We offer mobile or home service with minimum requirement of 3 people booking for both hair and makeup, or at least 6 services in total, with travel fee.
*Travel fee (per artist)- minimum $50 within Edmonton, or more if it is outside the city or nearby areas depending on location.
Parking fees are charge to client, if applicable.
BridalTrials are held at Wayne K Artistry Beauty Studio located in Southeast, Edmotnon (Millwoods area, just off 34 st. whitemud exit).
*For Out-of-Town Weddings, we charge travel fees based on 2025 Alberta mileage rate of $0.75 per kilometre + overnight hotel accommodation for locations over 2hr drive. (Please check with us if your location is within our travel radius and for custom quote)
**For Destination Weddings, customized quote will be provided.
GROUP BOOKINGS:
Depending on the size of the bridal party, number of services and prep time available, the following ADDITIONAL FEES will be applied:
*ADDITIONAL ARTIST FEE- We charge $100 for extra artist fee + travel fee.
This fee covers the administrative time and coordination involved in scheduling a second artist, as well as their services, product usage, and travel costs. It also ensures that all artists meet our professional standards through ongoing training and experience.
For big group with more than 4 people, or over 5 services total (hair and makeup count as separate services), or if your prep time is under 6 hours, a second artist/ assistant will automatically be added to accommodate everyone and to finish in time.
If your booking includes 6 or more people or you have a tight timeline, you may require 3 artists or a full team, depending on your ready-by time and schedule.
Please contact us with your wedding details so we can provide a customized quote that includes the appropriate number of artists needed for a smooth and timely prep.
*EARLY START TIME FEE -$50-$75 per artist
To accommodate appointments outside of regular hours, an early start fee will apply:
• $50 for appointments starting before 7:00 AM or requiring travel before 6:00 AM.
• $75 for appointments starting before 6:00 AM or requiring travel before 5:00 AM.
SERVICE TIMELINE:
Each service takes about an Hour.
(e.g Makeup = 1hr, Hair and Makeup = 2hrs) this is with 1 artist. Bringing a 2nd artist will cut the time by about half.
Please take note that we add extra 30mins to the timeline for setting up, cleaning and sanitizing in between clients, snack break (for more than 4hr bookings), and complimentary touch ups at the end, if needed.

HOW TO BOOK:
Bookings are first come, first serve.
We don’t do holds unless booking requirements have been met.
We require 50% of the total quoted cost, as Non-refundable retainer, and completed Bridal Contract to confirm the booking.
**NOTE: All our prices are final and non-negotiable. No cash discount.
Prices may vary depending on clients requests; and may change at any time without prior notice.
5% GST will be applied on the total.
