Meet Wayne – Founder of Wayne K Artistry
Hi! I’m Wayne.
Wife, proud mama to two beautiful little girls, and the founder of Wayne K Artistry,
a premier hair and makeup studio based in Southeast Edmonton. My journey as a beauty professional began in 2016, and what started as a passion quickly blossomed into a fulfilling career and business that brings joy, creativity, and confidence to every client I serve.
Before launching my own studio, I worked as a Certified Makeup Artist and Beauty Advisor at Sephora for five years, where I deepened my knowledge in both makeup and skincare. That experience taught me how to truly listen to clients, understand different skin types and tones, and customize each look with expert precision. From there, I took a leap of faith, leaving my full-time job to pursue my dream of building something meaningful and empowering. And I’ve never looked back.
At Wayne K Artistry, I specialize in creating a wide range of looks tailored to each individual, from natural no-makeup makeup to full smokey glam, classic updos to romantic waves. I’m proud to work with clients of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds, always ensuring they leave feeling radiant, confident, and like the best version of themselves.

If there was one makeup artist I’ve had to recommend forever, it would be Wayne!! She’s simply amazing. Professional and very clean. She did an Airbrush makeover on me and it lasted 12 hours!!!
Wayne and her team did make-up and hair for our recent wedding and it was amazing!
